Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, model, and actress who was named Miss USA in 1996, is an American model and actress. Her mother named her in honor of the actress Ali MacGraw after she watched her movie 'Love Story' in 1970'. She was born in Cecilia and was a student at Cecilia High School. She was head of the cheerleading team at high school, and was crowned 'Miss Louisiana Teen America' when she was of 17. Then she won the 1996 'Miss Louisiana USA' and was in the spotlight after securing the title of Miss USA. The show premiered her in 1997. television show 'Clueless. She gained a lot of attention after she was dubbed "the Doritos Girl" by being featured in the 'Doritos' commercial telecast during the 1998 Super Bowl. Her first film appearance was in the film 'Beautiful', which was released in 2000. Since then she appeared in numerous TV and film series.
